All right, let's get crackin' at this here title screen. Here's a few things that I noticed right off the bat...

It seems to me you made this before you corrected the spelling error Diokatsu pointed out. Either that or you made the same error twice. Regardless, switch the A and U. Next, Dead March and TimeStopGamez are extremely hard to make out. Try giving them some layer effect such as an Outer Glow or Stroke to make it more visible.

It's there on the acceptable sufficient level, but there can be so much more you can do with it. :3

Way better looking than before. I still think that you should add Text/Layer effects for the text to make it look like it's not done on Paint (Of course, this will never be done on Paint, but I hope you get the picture).

Pretty eerie atmosphere as well. I like it. Keep tinkering and get your perfect result.

The whole picture is blurry, if you want the blurry background image then make the text crystal clear so the background compliments the text which is the name.
also it would be better to make a straight line across the base and add the company text or whatever there instead of having a box in the middle of nowhere with some text.

I like it a lot as well.  You should consider putting your company text or whatever in an intro thing to the title screen, but its up to you.  If you keep on on the screen, you should put it in white text with no box, perhaps add a little fade on it as well.

Looks great though
