I need a script that would allow for one to do Dual/Twin Casting. For those unfamiliar with the system, I'll explain.
Let's take Palom and Porom from Final Fantasy IV. Now, Palom (Black Mage if I remember correctly) has a battle menu that would look like this:
Attack
B. Magic
Twin Magic
Item
while Porom (White mage) would have this battle menu
Attack
W. Magic
Twin Magic
Item
The characters are capable of performing high level Twin Magic skills together, but doing so cancel's one of their turns, and each of them has a different list in their Twin Magic, with Palom's magic being Black magic while Porom's is White Magic.
So let's take a look at the inside of their Skill Windows, first we'll look at Palom's
Twin Flare
Twin Meteor
Here we have two really powerful Offensive Magic skills, Porom's would likely have Twin Life and Twin Heal.
Now, Palom's turn comes up first due to his position in the party (thinking DBS, FFIV used RTAB, but I've long since stopped using RTAB) and he chooses Twin Fliare. After he chooses Twin Fliare, Porom will NOT be able to choose a skill this turn.
But, what if Palom chooses to attack while Porom chooses Twin Cure? The Twin Spell takes priority, and therefore, Palom's attack will be nullified and Porom's Twin Spell will take effect.
Also, when one of these spells is used, BOTH characters must pay the MP cost, just to make things fair.
That's effectively what I need. Also, what'd be helpful is to be able to group characters together (for other multicasting). Also, if someone from the group is not present in the party or dead, then the Twin Cast menu should either be disabled or not appear.
That's pretty much it =3.
Hm... CRLS + Soul Force plugin with Skill Seperation System and Individual Battle Commands from Tons maybe? It could work out.
RISE MY REQUEST, COME BACK FROM THE DEAD AND UNLEASH YOUR POWER!
Alrighty, just to add in this detail and be redundant, Twincasts are High Priority, if one character chooses the Twincast option and the linked character chooses anything else, the other option will be canceled in favor of the Twincast.
Like he says, Soul Force does that already, I think.

Unless I read it wrong.
I talked to GAX, Soul Force won't do it like he wants it.
This looks like Lost Oddesey's Jansen.Ooo...I'm also thinking that i need this too.
~Sigh~Blizzy's right, otherwise I'd have done this.
Here's a bit more, might sound redundant.
Here's how Dual Casting would also work. The spells are meant to be farely overpowered, so how this would work is that it'd combine stats from the two casters and use that towards the attack itself.
Also, for the spell to work, both characters have to be ABLE to do the skill (Both must have the required MP/HP/CE(effectively SR) in order for the attack to occur).
Like this:
Witt uses Dual Flare, which has an MP cost of 200 and a CE cost of 30%. For this attack to even be selectable, both Witt and Sey need to have the 200 MP AND 30% of their CE meter filled. If Witt is able but Sey is not, the ability will be disabled.
When Witt uses Dual Flare, his stats will be added to Sey's stats during the damage calculation.
Now, Dual Casting has Priority, meaning that it will occur even if the partner character has selected a skill. If Sey chooses to use Strike while Witt chooses Dual Flare, Sey's action will be canceled in favor of Dual Flare.
