Okay, so I saw a screen-shot that Blizzard posted a little while ago, and noticed that his desktop was skinned in DogmaX from Stardock's WindowBlinds application. Upon seeing my old favorite skin being used I grew a sudden urge to download the app and use it once more.
I am using the Cyclops skin currently, but I have a question about the colour scheming. You will notice in the screen-shot below that my window background is black :P.

My question is ...
What options would I need to change in order to turn that black to white??
Ack. I can't help, but I had that exact problem (black in RMXP) when I used XP and WinBlinds. Personally I think that MS would be better off if they made an official, powerful theme engine similar to what is available on Linux (eg Metacity themes and such) if they're gonna have themes at all.
That would make sense, wouldn't it!? Lol.
have you tried (in rmxp) going to tool/options/ selecting costume for the transparent color and then setting it to white?
It works for the tileset area, but not for where the map is displayed ... Thanks though.
