I just made mine (RGame is taking forever to develop)! Technically, I've made some before that were just hacks with RGSS and Win32, but this lil' beaute is my first "real" one:

This one was mine, Web Browser (http://forum.chaos-project.com/index.php?topic=2413.0) made in visual basic, nothing great or fantastic but it was my first program ever made but I guess it doesnt really count seeing I didnt completely code it. The first visual basic one I completely coded was my DMSE (http://forum.chaos-project.com/index.php?topic=3649.0) I coded alot of that in visual basic but borrowed code from people
