Eh, if you really want it, there is a Loading Script here that's been recently talked upon. (If you haven't searched, then I guess it would have best to do that first, no?)

That's a Now Loading Script~ It's able to have a screen over that you can put between scenes and all. Good luck with that...

It does look like this has been mentioned already in the Shoutbox though, but this post is here for any clarification since the shoutbox is bumped. XD
