Title: Dark Tilesets

Ok so Im in need of some dark tilesets for outside forest, villages, you get the idea. Any submissions or help is GREATLY appreciated, I have already looked on Cybele and there arent any tilesets yet -.-

I'm not quite sure what you mean by dark tilesets. Do you mean with a darker and more realistic color? If so, I have a tutorial on how to quickly do that yourself. Or do you mean like "dark spooky evil woods" kind of dark?

Dark, goth, eerie kinda tilesets, RTP is preffered, but it isn't neccesary  :D

What you do then is open it in photoshop and desaturate it. (try using the tower tileset), and darken it. Add contrast if needed. Then fog, and a lot of broken pots, and it looks eery :P That's what I do anyways.

You can also achieve similar effects without even editing the tileset, that is, if you don't mind editing your whole game's screen tone.
