looks like custom made and I don't think is open to public it looks nice but the mapping doesn't seem so good with the top leafs just being repeated above the below tile

I really like it. It seems to use some stuff from the RTP tilesets btw.

Actually, after aligning it to a grid, this seems to be a picture, not a tileset. I can rip it to a tileset, but it will be harder to use than a normal one.
Why I think it's a picture: the door is split between two tiles, as are the windows and pipes near them. And the platforms are not aligned at all to a grid - there are small corners of them jutting out. This perspective is based on centering the grid onto the bridge, the trees, and the character, as those are the only things that actually align.

If i were to mod some things such as the windows and canopy leaves, then it would not be considered stealing. And mods are not ilegal unless your game is commercial. Which I doubt it is. I'll start workin on it. At least I'll be able to use it in my game if nobody else wants it. 8)

That tileset's from Aveyond 1. Check out http://amaranthia.com for it. And the creator is a she. :P
It's a commercial game, so I don't know how that changes the legalities. I actually ended up buying it, it's pretty decent. I saw that tileset before (years ago) but haven't seen it recently so she may have asked that person to take it down.
If I remeber I metioned that the creator is amanda fitch,and yes,I knew the link bu I didn't wanted to put it here...
