My laptop broke down (GFX card died) and that means that my activity will fairly decrease until I can figure out how to solve this problem. :/
Buying a new laptop would be a stupid idea since my circumstances have changed that I don't need a laptop anymore. Getting my 7 years old PC back running is not a real option either. :/
D:
...hope you can find an answer soon.
I'd like that, too. But for some odd reason I don't have a feeling of anger or wanting it to be solved so quickly. It's especially weird since last weekend I was without internet and I did miss it. Eh, I'm probably talking nonsense and I'm probably just confused. O_o
Good luck blizzard. Hope it does get fixed :D
build a new desktop?
Computer rage/ not wanting to shell out money for parts/laptop/building desktop. >8U
Er, why don't you just buy a new graphics card? Or a new computer?
Money. I'm currently not really in a good financial situation. As for the graphic card, if I wanted to remove it from my laptop, I would have to break the plastic apart as it's located below the cover. Also it's a mobile graphics card, those are very hard to find (as spare part).
*double posts* To anybody who cares:
Looks like I'm getting a laptop after all. Desktop isn't a good option because of space reasons and I found a good model, so yeah. I went today to a shop and wanted order it, but they didn't have that particular model (ASUS N60DP-JX019) so I took the next best with a slighty better CPU for a slightly higher price (ASUS N60DP-JX036). I wasn't actually aware the price difference was so small in that shop.
I'm picking it up tomorrow so from tomorrow I'm officially back in business (not in RMXP, don't get your hopes up).
Looks like a pretty nice computer. It'll be good to have you around more often.
