I want to know how window skins work, ive tried making one once but it epically failed and looked horrible.
The best thing to do is look at some already created windowskins - look in Cybelle if you can't find any - and use those as a template. Part of it is the window back, part is the border, and so on. It'll take a couple tries, but once you get the hang of it, creating Windowskins is fairly simple.
