->Just wanted to share this with you guys... It's an anime about school, tests & battling based on test scores... I borrowed it from a friend & I just finished watching the first episode... I noticed it was published by Enterbrain... What exactly does published mean? :P

Publishers usually get the stuff out there. Imagine an independent developer makes a game. Then EA Games puts the game onto DVDs, ships them, pays for the marketing and manages the marketing, etc. Publishers usually take a ridiculously high percentage of the income if there is any. :/
Eh series was ok...
And Blizz is right yeah. Anime publishers usually fund the project though anyways, so it's perhaps not that bad of a steal.
