The obvious edit would be 018-Thief03.
Sithjester (http://untamed.wild-refuge.net/rmxpresources.php?characters) made some sprites for Naramura ones that don't have sprites yet. Use the link to search on her web.

Sorry it has taken so long too reply. Anyways, I was actually hoping someone would already have one or just edit the hooded RTP thief. If you want to make one from scratch (make it RTP- styled)... by all means knock yourself out but you don't have to.
Oh, I already checked Sithjester's site and she doesn't have that particular one... unless it was recently updated.
I'll take a attempt at this. I'll try editing the RTP thief.
