Blizz-ABS disables the default button variable system which is crucial for the conditional branches I need for my event system. Basically, one character in my game has a skill which renders them in a magic user state.
The player is changed into a cursor, while the character remains stationary and based on which key is pressed magic is executed on whatever or whoever the cursor is on top of. The conditonal branches work off of which key is pressed but Blizz ABS automatically disables that system when it takes over controls, regardless of whether or not the Default RMXP controls are set

Details:
I need to be able to use conditional branches based on button presses
Try using the BABS button script calls in place of those, should work dandy.
You have RTFM?
Yea. I think that is the best too.. Instead of using the normal Button-press in the conditional branches, use the script option and enter
Input.trigger?(Input::Key['KEYYOUWANT'])
I think that is the syntax.
Thanks, worked like a charm
