is there any anti lag system or scripts that reduces lag 4 Blizz-ABS other than ABSEAL?
pls list it down 4 me thx! :negative:
Why would you need one? ABSEAL is good and customisable too.
That's what I was wondering. Why would you go out of the way to remove an anti-lag system that is as efficient as they come and built into the script to replace it with another?
Seems counter-productive, but what do I know.

Quite a lot, or so I've heard.
actually, it's funny because wasn't ABSEAL MADE FOR BLIZZ-ABS IN THE FIRST PLACE?!
Seriously...why would you want to remove something optimized for BABS?
no.. i used BABS Built in abseal, gamebooster and smart Ram and the AI of the game will sometime pause and won't do anything.
well i have too many battlers in the field at one time but i can't take away that feature...that's 1 of the reasons that make the game better than my PSP Games.........well, my cousin said that.

just disable ABSEAL on specific maps

why would i disable abseal when it helps in reducing lag?

oh, my bad, did i misunderstood your statement?
how if you turn off abseal autokill or increasing abseal factor?

wait...wait....you still don't understand my question........i wanna find 4 more anti lag systems not disable abseal or anything....i wanna decrease lag..not increase it....
There are other lag systems existing out in the vast world of RMXP. However, you should stick with ABSEAL the most. Why?
- It's naturally made for Blizz-ABS in the first place.
- Adding up "anti-lag systems" won't make your game less laggy. If I owned 10 types of antivirus programs, does that make my computer safe? Probably not. A fraction of those antivirus programs will probably just bark against each other and start conflicting left and right, not to mention that it might make things even slower. In summary, having multiple anti-lag systems is counterproductive.
- Not to glamorize or anything, but since Blizzard made it, you know there's a sign of quality as compared to an amateur scripter. Blizz-ABS and ABSEAL have been tested and worked numerous times and clearly they work well.
I appreciate your help in this LiTTleDRAgo, by the way. xD
So you have a scenario where there's a bunch of enemies going at you at the same time, huddled in this tiny screen. Is your problem the fact that you think lag is causing these enemies to have AI failures? I'm pretty confident that lag only induces a lower performance, and not anything else. An AI failure must be from another reason.
Err, pardon me megaman if I also missed the point of your post. I'm getting kind of sleepy here so I should be heading to bed. ._.;
u get the point but i think increasing anti lag systems help....i tried out gamebooster and smartram and the lag decreased but the lag still exists.

From what I've heard, Gamebooster and SmartRAM aren't anti-lag systems, but systems that improve the performance of lower end computers or those without RAM to spare. The fact that using those increases the performance of your game proves nothing except that maybe it's time to upgrade your computer. :P
They aren't anti-lag systems, they are not inside the game or part of the game. They are external programs.

^What I was trying to say, but more to the point and altogether more correct.
i know that they r not anti lag systems....they just increase the RAM but it actually helps in decreasing the lag......
All right, so that workaround seems to be working for you more or less?
But thinking this in the long run, it's going to be really impractical. You're not going to ship a Gamebooster or SmartRAM program if you distribute the game to other people. That's just more unneeded program bulk. No one wants that, really (Okay, at least I don't want that :xD:).
Another anti-lag script won't help. Refer to my previous anecdote. Besides, ABSEAL has all you need, technically. :S
You're best off finding other ways. Question yourself this... Do you think you have too many enemies, perhaps? Maybe you can remove a few, or you can even have a sequence of enemies appearing. This way it doesn't need to be one giant orgy of events that can slow the game down.
ok i have 2 many enemies running around....but i said that i won't reduce the number in my earlier post.........it wont have enough action if there r less than 5 enemies attacking u at once.....i don't think 5 is even enough.

He didn't say reduce them, just change the way in which they attack.
what way?
remove a few of enemies but make them respawning maybe?

Example:
3 enemies appear at me first. I beat all three. I wait for a bit, and now a group of 4 enemies come in. I defeat those, and after that 2 really tough enemies dive in to try beating me up. Do you get my drift?

HELLO? Any1 Answering my Question?
Your original question of asking for an alternate anti-lag system, or "what way?"
If you're referring towards the latter, then look at the previous post. I already answered your question.

Please do not be rude.
oh sorry i didnt realise this topic already reached the second page.....so i thought no 1 replied
Oh Yes, I Don't Wanna Wait B4 Enemies Reinforcement Arrives....the enemies arrive even when u r still busy with other foes
Hmm...
On a test map, have a set number of enemies and check the lag there. If it's not laggy, add a few more enemies. If it's too laggy, remove a few.
Keep doing this until you find that you can't add anymore enemies that the lag is undesirable.
There's your magic number of enemy events you can have at one time.
Compromise with RPG Maker XP on that. Or your computer, even~
yeah...i know that....but my computer is weak and old....it can't support too many opponents but i think others can.....so i always try 2 put opponents over the capabilities of my computer b'coz other com can handle it....i think
