No, seriously, that staff is cool. His head seems a little big though.

I like it. I had imagined him looking a little less grandfatherly and more "elderly gentleman-ly" but this design works as well.

what about giving him a full head of hair (still grey), but having it slicked back? Kind of like this:

Also, some nicer type of coat/robe would look better.

I think I quite like that. Especially the beret. And the trenchcoatlike collar. Could we put him in a trench coat?
