Design
I have included a screen shot of the HUD I am requesting.

All the elements of the HUD will fade upon the character stepping under an area of the HUD.

There are a few things I left out of my mock up.
* three small icons in the top center of the gaming screen, number of current bombs, arrows and keys.
* Current HP and MP numbers at the top of the respective bars

I didn't include graphics for my request. Simple graphics will do for as stand-ins.
