Trial and error? o.o

I don't have RMXP up at the moment...but...I have basic approximations (Not numbers though).

Really hot and sunny: Increase brightness of screen (If you can)
Heavy Rain: Make a bit darker (More than Light Rain), tint dark blue a bit
Light Rain: Make a bit darker, tint a bit of blue
Night Time: Mark dark, tint some blue if you want it nice looking, or even purple
Day Time: Increase brightness of screen by a tad bit, or don't do any tint at all
Morning Time: Increase brightness of screen
Snowing: Not sure, keep as is? Increase something by tad bits

You don't really want to mess with Green. Red, maybe...in a desert or something that's blazing hot.

What's osu!? It's a rhythm game. Thought I should have a signature with a working rank. ;P It's now clickable!

I was looking for numbers really. If you can. I've been doing trial and error and havent found anything really that good. Thats why I'm asking the forum ^_^

Oh, don't you make life harder? =3= :V:

Give or take a few numbers around. No need to follow these exactly. (For example, instead of 100, you can try 90.)

Hot and Sunny: +100 to colors, don't change grey
Heavy Rain: -25 or less,-25 or less, -25 or up, 0
Light Rain: -10,-10,-10 or up, 0
Night: -50,-50,50,0
Day Time: No tint
Morning: +20 to all colors?
Snowing: Do what you feel. It doesn't get dark while snowing though.

I don't know if these yield awesome things. You have to just keep trying. Don't be afraid to go to extremes.

I mostly needed them for cutscenes

You could slightly increase the greyness for snowing. I'm not sure how this looks, but just a thought.
Do you like ambient/electronic music? Then you should promote a talented artist! Help out here. (I'm serious. Just listen to his work at least!)

I suggest (-100, -100, 0) for night.

Morning would be -20 to all colors, SRK. :P

Also, BE afraid to overdo it. It's the same with perfume. Better too little than too much. If you put in too much, it will just look ugly, annoying and you won't see shit (screen tint, not perfume xD).

Well, I wasn't quite sure what time frame I thought it'd be for morning. :P

5am? 6am?

The one I was looking at was around 9-11am, which over here is pretty sunny. I guess areas do differ. x;

It is sunny here as well, but it's most bright at noon. Just because your eyes can adjust to the light enough that you don't notice, doesn't mean it's brighter in the morning than it's at noon. Especially since it doesn't make sense that it's brighter in the morning than at noon. xD
