I'm not retarded with pc usage, I like to believe I know what I'm doing.
So now that we have that down..

I see the site is pretty vast.. it might take me a few years to read thru everything.

Maybe people wanna point me in the right direction? I got a game i'm making blah blah.

So what should I add that "really should be added" like i seen something about this
dream encryption stuff so someone wanna tell me more about it or link me to it?

You get the idea here, and no i'm not another "ok i'm gonna make a game and drop
it 3 months later" I've actually been working on it since rm2k/3 and looked into a few
other engines like fury2 (2d/3d-ish) and possibly GS-A7 (3d).

So that should say enough.. lifes been rough an i had to stop for periods of time
but i'm able to return to development once more =D

Any help would be nice, hi once more >.> because this is a HI thread.

(You know sprite makers, script people, who have free time an feel like helping)

So I went to install dream, then I quickly realized I don't know scripts as well as I thought *durrrr*
I understand what I'm reading inside the script.. just I don't know where in VX's script editor it
should go >.< just pasting the stuff from the read me inside the download makes it work once
put wherever the script goes? does it need further configuration? this doesn't seem to be explained.

Also the questions arise of what it does (as stupid as that sounds). Does it just encrypt silently
all the files when packaged? does it create some kind of menu to do these things?

I repeat I like to think I know what I'm doing.. but then again.. (I used no such scripting in the
older versions as to what I can recall).

It does it all silently. BTW, I haven't tested it with VX, I'm no sure if it will work.

DREAM is only a "tool" if you will. The script that controls it is the save file encryptor. You can use with with RMXP just like a normal script, simply copy paste it into the editor. The DREAM files go into the Data folder and that's it.

Ahhh! >.< sorry must of missed that somehow.. sigh.. is anything made for VX anymore? I thought VX was newer/easier.

It comes with its own encrypt option at the package prompt.. but idk if that'd be the same thing/equal to yours =/

I haven't tried VX yet, but from what I saw, there are only a few extra features which make things not really easier. -_- I'd still recommend using XP because of the large number of scripts and resources that are available. VX will take over XP eventually like XP did with RMk23, but this will take at least 2 years.

Well at least I won't have to manually redraw my maps all over again -.- I'll stick with VX until it catches on.

No point imo in busting open the XP I got just to start all over "again", wither theres a ton of resources or not.

Corzama, I like that name a lot...And you can take advantage of VX. If you create a very great game, maybe similar to the magnitude of Chaos-Project for example, then it'll be the first GOOD VX game. Unless I've been living under a rock the whole time and never realized there's already awesome VX games out... *Is sad*

I think I know what my next series of scripts will be... First there were little scripts. Then there were the battle enhancements. Next was the CMS. The came DREAM. And then all the extra systems. Finally in the end there was Blizz-ABS. But as time goes on, the story continues and the current end becomes yet another part of the story as another, new end approaches...
