Win8 - Anyone?

I tend to agree with Ryex, although I have not tested to the extent that I can make any real judgement on the matter. I liken it to the same "stupidification" that you see when you compare many classic games to today's games. Things become simplified to a degree that restricts more advanced users or those who want to do more than simply browse the web and listen to music while chatting with their friends. By all means, these things are great, but not at the expense of the other, and they need not be.

Years ago, I dreamed of having fully functional win xp on a tablet, being able to run all its software (image editing, coding, games, etc.).  Instead, win8 delivers a fully function tablet on a pc.  The irony would be hilarious if it wasn't so painful.
