{RESOLVED} Script to replace Mana Points bar

I am making a game that uses energy instead of mana.

That is easy to do right? Just change the name and bam!

But not in my case :P

Each attack is going to use energy.

If anyone can help me, PM please.


how much energy for a default attack?

Well we haven't decided yet. You gain a small amount of energy each turn, the defend action has to be changed to also regenerate more Energy.

Examples ( NOT FINAL )

Standard Atk: 5 Energy
Each turn you regen: 3 Energy
Defend Regenerates: 15 Energy
If not struck while defending: 20 Energy

Skills are also going to take up energy, but that is not part of the script.

But we also want to make it so if you are using heavy armor your basic attack uses more energy ( if possible, all atks and skills use more energy if you are wearing heavy armor. )

EDIT: Defend still reduces damage taken, if that is what it does originally.

I have seen a script for MP attacks. Also I am not sure if NAMKCOR already gave me that script for Tons, But I think he has a defending -> regen MP script. Try RMRK.

EDIT: Tons has HP/SP Crush now which allows attacks to consume HP/SP.
