Let's go into this scenario. There are two kinds of maps, outside and inside. Outside maps have a sort of eerie fog picture while inside maps are simply dark and you can only see what's in front of you. To achieve this effect, we can use a switch that will determine if the map is outside or inside. This switch can be activated right before the Player Transfer command. If the switch is on, then the inside map result will come in. If the switch is off, the outside map picture will come.
Off will be easy, but you're saying you want a sort of line of vision or searchlight in front of the player for indoors maps? As in, to the direction they are going to? Well, to do this you need to have yet another Conditional Branch, the condition being the direction of the player. Depending on the direction, you set the picture accordingly...
