Only IR has it, it's got lot of options for GIF animation.
Do you like ambient/electronic music? Then you should promote a talented artist! Help out here. (I'm serious. Just listen to his work at least!)

*Giant gasp* Oh my goodness, it is Calintz! Your presence amazes me...okay, I'm running out of descriptions to welcome you back with, but your coming back does make me feel a lot better. Welcome back, and surely you'll not have some difficulties now.
