Ze Matte Need To Be! (Question As Well!)

Hello. I am a lone wolf, resource gatherer, gamer, and a RPG MAKER XP newbie. Despite my flaws I love to contribute to sites such as these as I can provide good opinions. Possibly I can get to scripting myself . I would like to say, hello to all my friends here. (FAX included).

Edit: I have noticed that there are no place to post questions about stuff. Which I am kind of disappointed in. I'll just ask here..! I have a leecher in resources and have a mess of stuff I would like to organize and send out in a neat download for the masses, I would consider it a small donation t society. But my pack consist of scripts and other resources from places other than here (although it does dominate the script section). Would I be able to post if it had a large amount of credits and such? Because I think there is a rivalry between websites. Would anyone (preferably Blizz) be able to put that question in full throttle.

Actually there is where you can post questions. General questions are usually put into the News/Suggestions/Feedback section. Questions about RM are posted in the General Discussion section. Links to "rival websites" and such are usually posted in Advertisement.
If you want to post resources/scripts, do it in the Resources/Scripts section, though. Since you are sharing your stuff with this community, it should be where everybody has access to it. Advertisement is more for just advertising other websites.

If you want to post resources/scripts, do it in the Resources/Scripts section, though. Since you are sharing your stuff with this community, it should be where everybody has access to it. Advertisement is more for just advertising other websites.

My, my. Blizzard taking time to respond to me. That made my day. I have a HUGE compilation including scripts, graphics galore, and WAY to much music. Compiling them and sending it out in one neat file would go in resources correct? Do not mind me, I am just a 'n00b' for now. Oh, and I might add that Blizzard makes a kick arse game. Even with a DBS you can sure kick some royal arse and annoy people with no patience

That'll jack up its size and make me (and maybe other people) not want to download

Perhaps you should seperate the files by...
Type - icons, battlers, sprites, music, scripts
Theme - Midevil, Futuristic, Farm
Etc. XD

I agree with Aqua. I would possibly download it either way. But if it was all seperated that would help many people out.

Aqua said it already. Feel free to post the scripts in the Scripts section and the rest in the Resources section. I also suggest that you use the template when posting scripts as CP has an automated Script Database Index so all scripts can be easily browsed.

You can create a huge compilation pack, but please do this after giving out individual links to the various resources. This way you can satisfy both people, ones who just don't mind big space downloads, and ones that just want specific items.
