I just need to know where the states are stored. What classes and/or defs because for some reason my states are not going away... Not even with recover all.

In your game database Check "relase at end of battle" on every State, then the turns determine how much the skill take to vanish, not sure how much time takes a turn in ABS.. check for yourself

Blizzard

Do you have an equipment part with an auto-state by any chance?

Nope, no auto states and all of them are set up correctly too. I even tested it out and put it to 1 turn at 100% removal and it still doesn't come off, and even in death, the states are still there and yes, I do have the minus sign over all states on my death state. I have 40 states, could it be that I have too many?

Hm, that's weird. What custom scripts are you using? Maybe one of them is messing up everything. Have you tried disabling the scripts one by one to see which is causing the problem?

I'll try that now and post my results.

EDIT: So I have discovered that it is the MACL that is causing this issue.  :???: Unfortunately I can't just remove it or some of my other scripts won't work.

Please don't post, use the "Modify" button instead. *fixes your posts*

If MACL is causing the problem, then you should maybe contact Trickster or Sephiroth Spawn (I can't remember who was mainly working with it) and ask him to fix it. But first try to get a newer version if there is one. Maybe you're just using an outdated version.

Oh boy, Seph seems mean, and I don't think Trickster is still active. I'll just remove it and all the rest of them. Thank you for fixing my post and thanks for the help.

You should try Tons of Add-ons. It has probably a few skill scripts that you were using with MACL (if you were using any).

I am using tons of addons! Love the frozen effect. Matter of fact, I think tons has a skill effect that puts a status on the user while damaging the enemy. I'll look through it, but it's a lot of stuff

Man, already tried to check that stuff in your database??..
i had the same problems whit the endless states and that did the trick, dont think its a scripts problem..

Yin

Yeah, I already looked over those and my armor's auto states. None of those are the issue and without the macl everything runs how it's supposed to. So I'm just taking it out. Though I may need to "un-macl" a script or two. If I can...
