What game is this menu from

i came across screen shot of this menu but don't know what game its from any 1 know
didn't really know where to put this
thats alright i just made the widows how i figured it should work

The game is obviously an RMVX game. So google RMVX
One of the skills happen to be Barreira de fogo. so google RMVX Barreira de fogo

Sort them out according to art style... the closest thing to that game is:

Now, of course thats not the game but that should be a lesson to you. You're at an english rm site asking for a game by just the menu screen  that is in ... some sort of latin language.

lol good point i was trying to make a menu something like that but i only have to pictures of the menu lol

I'm pretty sure that it's not French or Spanish, so it's most likely Portuguese.
