Look it up in the dictionary. I'd define it as something that makes a woman an actual woman. Just a body doesn't turn me on. She has to do something with it. She has to dress up at least casually (not with a boring sweater and boring jogging pants, etc.) and take a bit care of herself. It's annoying as hell when I see a girl that doesn't even comb her hair. The other thing that she has to do with it is moving and standing still. If a girl doesn't move like a girl, it's not attractive to me. If a girl doesn't sit or stand like a girl, it's not attractive to me. There have to be subtle (or totally obvious) signs of feminine aura around her or it just doesn't work for me. Usually being casual does the trick for me. A girl with a T-shirt and a pair of jeans is just fine as long as her hair isn't a mess and as long as she can walk, stand and sit like a woman.
EDIT: Just to elaborate a bit more on moving, standing and sitting. This doesn't mean she has to completely exaggerate any possible move to look like a woman. There just has to be a distinguishable difference between her body movements and body movements of guys, even if it's relatively subtle.
