hey yall i was doign some editing around with some sprites and i came up with this one
its a character sprite of a wanderer/traveller complete with a backpack.

yeah i used the vx chara maker from this japanese site and i add in the edits with paint

i make in the edits so i can make it somewhat original

and why is it a surprise that i used paint? do most spriters use photoshop or something?

No. Most do not use PhotoShop.

most of the time i combine paint and gimp to make sprites.

I use gimp, other programs if I really have to, which is almost never. I don't like paint because of the general lack of layers, proper zooming, etc.

I use Photoshop because I'm too lazy to learn to use Gimp/too used to Photoshop.

Edit: I wouldn't ever name a program 'Gimp' because it reminds me too much of sadomasochism.

Is there a similar site for xp-charas? The one i found lagged on variety and quality
