Hey there guys & gals,
My name is Joshua and I've recently come back after 6 years M.I.A from the RPG Maker communities. Many things have changed from what I can see. I am starting a new project,
Samuel, and I am in need of some help gathering resources. The object of this game is going to be to tell a story, with the player continuing it and selecting the outcome in small, but big, ways. Much of the game will be linear, complete A to continue to B, but there will also be side objectives to complete that will alter the main storyline slightly, giving each play-through a semi-unique touch.
What I am looking for are modern-ish looking sets. Not sparkly, white, prefect "Apple" quality stuff. I'm talking about modern architecture. The overall feel of the game will be somewhat depressive as it revolves around the main character. This character made a choice in his past that cost him the life of a loved one and now he is dealing with the repercussions. Things such as depression, questioning the flow of command, dealing with close friends and family, etc. Culminating in the discovery of secrets, lies, and betrayal.
I've not come across any good sets such as what I need. I'll need several different "nature" tilesets as well as indoors (various locations), towns, villages, caves, boats (wooden). I am not too concerned if they don't fit the whole "motif" of "depressive feelings" as a tweak in lighting can achieve that, but the closer together the sets look the better.
If anyone has any information they can give me I would greatly appreciate it. You can reach me here, or at my E-mail:
