changed request: Warning beep plays whenever you have low health(Blizz-abs)

Can anyone design a script that okays a warning sound, like in Legend of Zelda, when your health becomes low.

This could be evented easily.
Set a variable to actors hp.
See if variable is less then amount of hp you want
if so play sound effect
