I've googled this and have found several places saying the same solution. Which I have followed countless times. I bridged both my ethernet connection and wireless connection. Yet when I go to connect to xbox live it says it can't connect.
I have no idea what the problem is. I remember doing this in windows vista and it worked perfectly. But I do the same thing in windows 7 and it won't work at all.
Any help is appreciated.
So, I'm guessing what you're trying to do is plug an ethernet cable into your laptop (or other wireless adapter-equipped computer) and then use the wireless card to send the signal to your Xbox 360, which has a wireless adapter, right? Sorry if I'm wrong; I'm just guessing based on your post. If this is the case, these are the suggestions I offer:
Are you sure the problem is the computer? If possible, try connecting your Xbox to a different wireless signal and see if that works. Alternatively, connect some other wireless device to the signal broadcast from your computer.
Hope I helped, G_G!
