okay so I've got this... weird... problem

I recently put in the Tons of Addons Scripts in my game and all of a sudden, whenever either I load the game up, load a save file or get into a battle this Convolver thing pops up.

This thing is getting me annoyed, yet I've searched and got nothing. I need help on how to get rid of this damn thing!

Lobstrosity

I've had a similar problem. Try starting a new game and getting into a battle there, it may work or may not.
Don't come any closer. I'm armed... with SCIENCE!

no dice  :(

I don't think this has anything to do with Tons of Addons. Judging by the fact that the title contains WMP and it mentions tuning and dB, I'm guessing this is some sort of audio handler plug-in for Windows Media Player, which somehow got confused thinking RMXP is WMP. Look in your Add/Remove programs and see if you can get rid of it. This is just a guess, though; I've never heard of the program before.

removed it, the popup is gone buit now I got no music (my files are MP3).

EDIT: tested the stock MIDIs & they work fine, just the MP3s aren't working.

Do MP3s play outside of RMXP? If not, it's possible your audio codec for the file type has been somehow corrupted. If this is the case, try installing the LAME MP3 codec; that should hopefully fix your problem.

Blizzard

I think your codec setting might be messed up or a codec might be broken. Windows isn't comfusing RMXP with WMP, it rather wants to know for some reason under what settings you want to play a file. I think RMXP uses WMP to play the audio files. O_o In any case, if you can't find an actual solution the only was to get rid of it is to reinstall Windows. You might be able to get away with an upgrade installation on the system that would normally fix some system problems.

well I don't have to worry about that now- the audio's working fine now... not sure what happened, but it's fine now.
For some reason I always end up getting the most obscure problems possible.
