Can't put RMXP games in full screen?

I'm not quite sure what the problem is, but I've never been able to put RMXP games in full screen since I got my new computer. Maybe the screen resolution is too big? But when the game is put into full screen, it doesn't change the resolution of the game, but that of the screen, correct? My screen doesn't ever have problems displaying any other full screen app, regardless of the resolution, so I know this is an RMXP problem. My display resolution is 1920x1200. Has anyone else run into this issue? I've tried Googling the problem and didn't find anything (though I did end up back on Chaos Project. XD)

You should be able to set that up using your graphic card's control panel. There is an option whether to stretch everything completely, whether to resize the screen to fit (leaving black borders left and right) or whether to display a game in the native resolution. If that option is set to automatically decide what to do, it's probably that changing it will solve your problem.
