VX Defense

So this is a project I made quite awhile ago, of course unfinished, however I still have the project files and I might just finish the last 7 levels. There are currently 3. The project was meant to be my arrival project when I officially came back to Chaos Project but I completely forgot about it until cleaning up my desktop. Do not move this topic though, it was mostly made for entertainment and is not a serious project and there is a 95% chance it won't get finished.

Intro

Ralph, the VX version of Arshes (Aluxes) is protecting his kingdom from the burdens of evil. Attacks start popping up from nowhere and of course being the hero (and dumbass) he goes and kills em all, but not without some help.

Controls

Arrow Keys move character on Map
Press Enter on a Level to bring up Info About it
Spacebar starts the next wave
Mouse does Everything Else

You can create "tower", upgrade them, and sell them back for more money.

Well, if you're not going to finish this, could you send me the project, because i like (read: nearly love) them, and have been thinking of trying a hand at making one.
Or if you don't want to give me the project files, tell me how you did it.

This all of course means i liked the game.

Bump, since we have this class in school called project works, and we have to do two small ideas as a project, and i listed making a TD game as one idea, so if you would be so kind and give me either the project or info on how you did it. Thanks in advance.

I do want to finish this however I'm not sure how familiar you are with Game Maker as this project was made with it.

I tried to make a Tower Defense game in RMXP once. I stopped when I realized I can't create events, and that I'd have to place every event down at the beginning thus = serious lag.

The permanent solution for your problem would be to stop hanging out with stupid people.

Well, i'm not too familiar with GM, but i guess that i could practice it's usage for this...
Especially if it's hard to create a TD game with RM...
