i open server , run Navicat  why my game is offline

you can teach me with video ? , sorry i'm in thai

You did not configure your client or your server properly. If the server is online (i.e. RMX-OS.rb is running) and the client doesn't see that it is online, then the configuration is wrong.

Okay I know my problem,  my port is Connection refused

i portforward now on port 50000 and Config Server , Client to my port now.

why i'm can't connect on this port how to fix ??

Open up the command prompt. Type in ipconfig. Enter the IPv4 address in your server configuration. Go to http://whatismyip.com and copy that ip address to the one in your client.
