Naming my project

So, I haven't posted anything about my project on here yet,
but I will, as soon as I'm content about it :)

The deadline for finishing it (it is also my final project at school) is nearing and I will have no problem making it in time,
but I'm having some trouble...

The problem is naming my project. Well, in fact I do have some candidates and I would like your opinion about it.

- Unlimited Fantasy (the first one I came up with and was actually planning to use from the beginning)
- Warrior's Resolve (since an important character in the game, the "player's" father, used to be a legendary warrior)
- Darnonian Chronicles (Darnon is the name of the world in which the story takes place)
- The Warrior's Way (can't get any more cliché than that, but I don't mind :D)
- Serene Chaos / Chaotic Serenity

If you have any questions, please ask.
Other suggestions for a title are also welcome.

Info to help with ideas for possible title:
- parents were murdered shortly after giving birth to player
- angels saved your life at the time
- father was a legendary warrior
- world is called Darnon
- you have your father's potential
- final goals are learning about your parents, hunt down their killers and save the world (yes really, it can't get any more cliché)

Choosing between the ones you have: Darnonian Chronicles

My own idea:  Valor.  Since the hero is an orphan and you talk about him/her having the potential of their father, valor seems like the primary quality of the hero.

As winkio said, Darnonian Chronicles is the best among them (the others are waaaay too cliche, even for people unfamiliar with the RPG genre. Sorry ._.)
Again, Valor is pretty good.

Where's the princess? >_>

Thank you for your opinions :)

Darnonian Chronicles may be a good choice, but what I dislike about it, is that it's too ehhm... unspecific and meaningless.
As if it's just another from the bunch and says hardly anything about the story and content of the game (perhaps a bit vague, but I suppose you get what I mean). I know it was suggested by myself and I'll definately consider it, but I'll think about it a bit first and hopefully recieve the opinion about some more people.

About valor, I do like it, except that I find it a bit short :^_^':
Same as with Darnonian Chronicles, I'll take it into consideration and wait a bit.
I'm sorry for being an antfucker here

Thanks again

The dragon ate her? :D
Naa, not even I could be that cliché..
And don't be sorry, I want your honest opinion

Didn't read the whole post (and topic), but I agree with the name and what FTS said. Darnonian Chronicles sounds the best and the rest sounds cliche.

I know what you mean. You know what helps? Find the name from an important object or concept or a critical part of the story. Even if the name seems like nonsense in the beginning, the player can understand it as he keeps playing the game. Take Chaos Project for example. It doesn't make much sense at the beginning. Some project relating to chaos? It is cliche in it's own way. But as you play the game, you'll understand that Chaos isn't just a word, that it has a much more profound meaning in the story and it sits at the center of it. Now, You will find yourself liking the name more and more.
Then take Dark Eternal. This name, it doesn't even make sense after half-way of the game, but you'll grasp the full meaning near the end. Imagine how awesome the player will feel as he unfolds the story. Suddenly, the concept shown feels even more important because the whole game is named after it. But until that moment, the name is just some good-sounding combination of words.
So yeah. That's something to think about. Draw the name from the story and it'll be really awesome. Gives the player the feel that you've put thought into the whole game. :)

Exactly what I am looking for, thank you for finding the right words to describe it.
Thanks a bunch Fantasist.

I find it hard to come up with a good title though, which is funny, because I haven't had any trouble naming characters/NPC's and area's.

I do have some new and possibly better ideas (partially thanks to the previous post),
but these will ofcourse, make no sense without knowing the plot :P

If you really do want to understand their meaning, they're in the spoilers.
Just remember that these may spoil the fun of playing my game if you ever decide to do so.

- Frozen Heart / Equilibrium ---
Spoiler: ShowHide
Your father didn't actually die, he surrendered himself in order for you to survive and was turned into an emotionless monster which you will have to face near the end of the game (+ he roams an icy continent after his transformation).

- Divine Tears / Eternal Corruption / Divine Sacrifice ---
Spoiler: ShowHide
Creation of Darnon: first there was only 1 old god, but after an eternity of solitude, having nothing to do beyond creating worlds he started to become corrupted. While his good side was still dominant, he tore himself apart and was split into 3 lesser deities as a result. 2 of these were had his good character the third was evil. They lived in conflict with each other for a long time, in which the first 2 created worlds and the third destroyed them. Finally the goddesses created the world now known as Darnon, which was their greatest creation in both landscape and inhabitants. That's why the goddesses decided to sacrifice themselves in order to seal the third away deep within the earth of this new world. The third is behind most of the conflict in the game and serves as the final encounter.

Tomorrow I'll come up with a decision and I'm hoping to include your new opinions :)
