[Ace / RGSS3] Questions about Actors and Battlers

Hello everyone! This is my first post and I just have a few questions.

But before I start, please let me inform you that I am 0% good in coding. That means I really have no idea about this thing going on. However, I seem to realize that I am in need of troubleshooting the scripts. I came into this community for many of my other RPG Maker friends have been recommending me to enter this site / forum.

By that in mind, let me explain my problems:

1. Using States
- can someone please give me a code or if possible explain me how to initiate a skill in battle? What I specifically want is that if one of my actors in battle is dying, someone from the party maybe tagged with a note tag, will cast a spell of healing or maybe barrier into that dying character. Is this possible? Please do explain. Is there also a way to let's say, determine the number of the dying members before this skill can be cast?

2. Casting a Skill to the User
- can someone please give me an orientation or code on how to determine if someone is dying on my party or low HP actor when the battle is on going? This means it should be checked every turn of the character.

These are actually some great questions! If you're only planning on this happening in a certain battle, you could just add it to the event page for that battle. If you want it for every battle, you could just copy the event page to every "Troop" in your game database, but there might be an easier way. Nothing immediately comes to mind other than a custom script to make certain battle event pages global. (Which is actually a really good idea for a script, come to think of it....)

That would be nice. Please do. I greatly would appreciate the help. There are more questions I wanted to ask, but I know it would be that much of a burden, so I wanted to have these questions answered at the mean time. Thank you!
