[RESOLVED]help needed using skills

i know there is info about skills in the manual for blizz abs and i get the info there but i have no idea how to use it in the script.

could some one please show me how to place them in the scripts.

e.g. show how to put different ranges for different skills etc etc.

There are two ways how to do this.

1. The configuration application. It does it all automatically, you just have to set up stuff in the interface and then generate a configuration script.

2. Manually. This is the harder way and that is why I provided the "Configuration Documentation". It explains roughly how to edit the configuration script manually. The chapter names correspond to the ones in the Manual so you should have no greater problems finding out which chapters are connected. I will add the configuration documentation into the manual. I didn't do already it in v1.99 because of the lack of time.

so your going to add more infomation to the manual about this. that will help

also about the first way you said about making a configuration script. is that a seperate script i need to do for each skill or is it with the Skill config in your ABS.

It's the application that comes with Blizz-ABS.

All you do it set up everything in there and it'll generate a Part 1 for you (that you use to overwrite your existing one)

got it, when i first tried using the config it wouldent work on my old computer so i fogot about it and didnt know what it was. but i got a new computer now and it can use the config.

i got to say this is a great idea and very helpful.

and i cant believe iv never used it before. thanks blizz for making the config and Aqua for reminding me it was there.
