Mur, let's rock'n'roll! Scord, tell us where the defenses are. We are experienced and dangerous battle androids. In fact, we just took out 12 Scord half an hour ago within a minute.

OOC: Guess I might as well do something.
IC: Pokol shrugged.

Wow.  Jetpacks.  I'd assumed they just used the elevator like I did...

Pulling a white top out of his pocket, he threw it at the building.  His Pure Top skidded up the wall and quickly bounced off, heading straight for the first Scord's jetpack.

Hopefully he doesn't try to catch it... Or even better, he catches it and touches the edge!  So much for his hand in that case!  Now for the other one...

Picking up some rubble from the ground with mental powers, he began to hurl derbis at the second Scord.
OOC: Well, obvious thing to do there XD

Pokol took out the two Scord quickly. Unfortunately another dozen of them is coming after. What will Pokol do?

Where are they? in System of course. System controls the access someone has to any of the Books, or any of the things inside the Books. I can access many books, but not a lot of data in some. in a few I can only access one or two chapters.

the Authors are absent, none may give higher level access.

We're not going to get any useful information out of you, are we? Mur, let's take this place apart.

Mur just stands there and doesn't react at all. He seems not to be really "here". (mumerus is gone for a while. -_-)
L3X starts destroying some parts of the "System".

[Vell]

(System is the intelligence(note the lack of 'artificial') of the facility, its a computerized voice. you need to hack into its systems, to affect System. hence the name System)

And so L3X starts hacking into one of the computers. After some time, he seems to have found some information.

[Vell]

using itas L3X hacked System's systems, he found a way through, and found some files.

he opened them, but only junk came up.

it garbled up in a few moments, and everything mechanical shut off.

thats odd...

Did I break something?

L3X takes a look at the data junk.

I wonder if this is encrypted...

Suddenly the terminal ran out of power and everything else which was electrical and electronical was shut down, too. Even the lights went off. It's dark, completely dark.

Let me rephrase my question: Did I break do something important?

L3X deactivates his visual sensors and activates his advanced sonar sensors. They're not nearly as good as the visual sensors, but still enough to navigate through space without hitting other objects all the time.

What are we gonna do now?

Odius:

   As Odius was traveling, he noticed a man with blue hair surrounded by a group of about 12 Scord. The man seemed to have some control over the situation with his very odd weapon of choice. So, the good person Odius is, he decides to continue on with his travels.

Meh. The guy seems to be doing alright? Kinda looks like hes throwing around some kinda of battle top or something?

   As Odius continued to walk along the path, he heard a rumbling noise!

Argh! Not now! I thought I'd be good if I didn't eat for at least 2 hours!!

It seemed Odius was hungry. Being the big guy he is, his stomach controls most of his actions.

Hm. I wonder if the guy over there has some kind of food?

   So, Odius turned his body around and casually ran to the blue haired man. As, Odius arrived at the battle field, he slowed down his speed and started to walk. He kinda walked with a weird sense of not caring that there is a group of enemy around him... if you know what I mean?

Um... I know this might not be the best time for this.... buuuttt I was wondering if you got any food?

The blue hair man stood there and looked at Odius with a confused look on his face. Odius waited patiently for a response from the man.

I wonder if he gots any sausage?

[Blizzard]

Odius:

The man kept staring confused at him until one of the Scord delivered a heavy punch and knocked him over.

You've got some guts asking me something like that in the middle of the battle. Just give me a few moments here.

The mysterious man stands up rapidly executing a heavy blow back at the Scord. He activates his odd weapon which seems to be a combination of a chainsaw and a shotgun (TLoL 1 weapons FTW ^_^). The chainsaw is very noisy distracting the Scord for a few moments which gives the stranger the time to cut a few of them into pieces. Now shocked by the gore two of the remaining Scord start running away while the rest initiates an attack on the stranger. They end up just like their companions a moment ago. Now the stranger holds up his weapon pointing to the two Scord running away. He fires two shots... one Scord down. He fires another three shots... the other down as well.

That's it.

The man takes the bag off his back and opens it. He starts taking out food in tupper ware.

Feel free to join me at lunch. It's still warm.

(I have to get a weapon like that maybe for L3X. :3 )

Great! I havent had food for days!

   By the look on Odius' face when he said that, you could clearly tell he was lying. But, of course, he pounced on the food like a lion would on its prey before man could say anything or even take a piece of food.

Wow... this food is great! Didnt think that tupper ware was still around?

  The two men ate the food. It was farely silent the majority of the time. But, thats only because Odius was extremely focused on eating his food. The other man didnt look to eat as much. Or maybe Odius was just eating it all?

Oh!... how rude of me. My names Odius, and thanks for the food.

   Odius gave me a smile full of food. The man noded his head in a "You're welcome" manner. Odius was just politely cleaning off the little bit of food left on the tupper ware.

So, you got a name? Or should I just call you Blue Haired Hippy?

   Odius gave a smirk, probably thinking the joke was kinda funny. So, while he waited for his answer, he cleaned himself up.

[Blizzard]

Just call me C.. Oh yeah, that tupper ware stuff is practically undestroyable. Where are you headed?

Pokol noticed the Scord reinforcements.

Eh, what kind of a hero am I if I can't take out a few dozen Scord?  Oh, right... an alive hero.

Pokol pointed at a point in space behind the Scord;

HEY!  WHAT'S THAT BEHIND YOU?!

He immediately ran in the opposite direction.

[Blizzard]

Pokol:

As stupid as Scord usually are, they turn around. Until they realize that they have been fooled, Pokol is already out of their range. And so they jet after him. What will Pokol do to get rid of them for good?

[Valcos]

Im just headed up north. I heard that there is a colony of Scord there. I kinda feel like taking some out! Crushing some skulls... if you know what I mean? Plus Im thinking the Scord might have something Im looking for.

I need maps! But he doesnt need to know that. All I need is someone else trying to to steal those maps

Ah. Well... Im going in the other direction. Don't really feel like looking for more Scord to fight.

Ha. You think I can take some of that tupper ware you got?

Oh... This is all I got, sorry.

   The blue haired man ran off. Not wasting any time to actualy say 'good bye'. So, Odius, with a half full stomach started to walk down the path towards the northern plains.

[Blizzard]

(Valcos, you don't have control over what C. says. -_- But it's alright this time since it wasn't anything critical.)

It seems that Odius himself will not be able to avoid a battle as well. The wide open plains unfortunately make him a perfect target for a small Scord Marauder group. They ambush Odius from behind a rock. There are 5 of them and there's no way to avoid a fight. How will Odius handle this situation?

( Lol... oh? I wasnt really sure what I would do with him )

   The five Scord appeared from behind the rock. Odius came to a slow stop. He looked at the Scord, then took a couple steps closer. The Scord were talking in their foreign language, possibly thinking of a plan to take on Odius.

Finally!

   Odius waited a moment, then realized that he said that aloud.

Woops.... *smiles*

   He doesn't really notice that the Scord most likely have no clue what hes saying, they are just getting ready for the battle.

Alright, ladies, enough of all the talk. Lets get this fight started.

   Odius looks at the ground and sees a rock about the size of a basketball. The starts lining himself up, like a kicker would line up his field goal kick between the two polls. But he wasnt lining it up between two polls, he was lining it up between the Scords two eyes. He takes a couple steps back, cranks back his foot, then sends the rock flying!

.... HEADS!!!

   The rock came flying at one of the Scord, catching it off guard. The Scord flow back with the force of the rock hitting its skull, killing it instantly.

Heh, one down.

   Odius gave a smirk, then started to run at the next closest Scord. Running at a fast pace he spears the Scord, crushing its ribs. The Scord let out a groan as Odius used its body to help himself up, then finishing him off with a punch to the head.

  There is three left. Looking at the first two, the next three should give him any trouble. The Scord waited there for a second or two. Then realizing that they are in a battle, so they starting firing their gun at Odius.
He is a bit frustrated by this considering he doesn't like guns.

Hey! I thought we were being men here? Who brings guns to a fist fight!

  Odius charges at the Scord, yelling in anger. The guns aren't really having much of an affect on him and are just aggravating. Odius hits the first Scord with a clothesline, but he holds on and slings him at the next Scord. The Scord hits the other and they both slam into the rock they came hiding out of. Odius picks up their guns from the floor, then starts to speed walk to the two Scord leaning against the rock. He walked right up into their faces, looking at them in disgust. Odius looks at the two guns, then looks at their ugly heads. He lifts the guns up, as if he was wielding an axe, we swings the right one first, taking off its head and the second ones head came soaring off right after. He turns and see the last Scord just standing there.

What... now you don't want to fight?

   Odius whips a gun at the Scord, crippling it. He runs up to it and then raises the other gun and slams it on the Scords body, then he continuously beats its body till he realizes its actually dead. Odius throws the gun to the floor and sits down on the ground looking at the corpses.

Hm... think I'll set up camp here.

[Blizzard]

Since it's getting dark already, Odius decides to spend the night in the middle of nowhere. After a rather quiet night he wakes up. Suddenly there is an explosion to be heard. It came from the western part of the plains. Odius can see smoke in the far. What will he do?

what did you just attempt, anyway?

the scord looked quite confused; evidently it had never learned to hack. rather unsurprising given that it's only companion for its entire life has been a computer.

rather like some old-time back-before-'droids nerds.

well. there were a few possibilities.

the Scord learned everything from these... Books. perhaps they have useful information on the ones accessable?

yet before that option was taken, you would need, rather, to get System to turn everything on again?

System's never gone and directly shut off everything before. I mean, System has turned lights off before, when I went to sleep, or shut off Books, when I left a room, but never... everything off, for no reason.
