It is quite good in my opinion.  Things that I have problems with (you can take 'em or leave 'em):

1.  it sounds kind of flat, in terms of dynamics.  Especially in the beginning.
2.  same 4 measure bass line OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER.  I have a personal vendetta against music that does that.  change it up, modulate to a new key, do something with it.

Winkio, could you explain more about what you said on your first issue with the song?

Sure.  The dynamics are flat, meaning that all the notes are the same volume (or at least very close).  It kind-of makes it boring.

Things you can do to fix:
add more instruments in in different parts
add drums (with rolls and variations)
crescendo and decrescendo (get louder and softer)

you dont need to do all of those, just pick one or two.  It helps to keep the melody from getting stale.

I'll see if I can do some of those, then. I usually just leave the volume alone when I use FL Studio.
