smaller windows made possible

There's one little thing that's been bugging me ever since I started to mess with rmxp. You always have to keep the windows larger than they actually need to be, in order make the text fit in those windows because if you make them smaller, the windows cut a bit of said text, if it get's too close to the window border. Is there an easy way to remove this?

You can override this by using a window and a sprite, but I don't recommend it.
