Problem with Quest System [RESOLVED]

I am having trouble with the Quest System made by Samo the Thief.... I like it alot and it is easy to follow but for some reason when I call up the quest log I get the error:

Script 'Quest System' line 126 TypeError Occurred
no implicit conversation from nil to integer

line 126 contains:

    self.contents.font.size = $fontsize

You guys have been so helpful with my other problems, so hopefully you can help me with this

Is $fontsize defined anywhere? If not, you should define it. Mainly you should search the forum for font problems. *points at the search button*
