[XP]Legend of Heroes CBS Request

I was wondering if anyone could make a Legend of Heroes battlesystem for my game. Please I would really apprciate it. Here's a video of the battlesystem. It really is not as hard as it looks if you have all the resources.

Every battle system in itself is very hard to make.

That system, however, just looks like an isometric TBS with flashy effects. XD
Uh... I don't remember who's TBS it is, but you can find it on other sites like RMXP.org or RPGRevolution.com

Well, from the video, it looks nice, but i want to know what MACL is? But, if i´ll do a game with a TBS i think i´ll use this...
