Long hair on men

Because I'm a bit drunk, I decided to make another debate about a subject that concerns me. What do you think about long hair on men and men's hair length in general? Any hairstyles that work or don't work? Do you have any real-life examples?

My hair reaches just and just to my shoulders. It's long enough to be long when considering men's hair length but it's pretty short regarding women's hair length. I've got some positive and negative comments on it but I personally think it's sexy as phuck.

PS. None of my close female relatives properly know how to braid whereas I can French braid my own hair. :O.o:

I am currently growing my hair. I want it to be really long really... Dark hair looks great when long, but I don't know for light hair. My goal is to grow my hair as long as Lee Spielman (Singer of Trash Talk). I think his hair is fucking awesome.

The awkward hair is not that awkward anymore nowadays. What I do in the awkward stage is wear beanies. Other people I know added extensions in the awkward stage which they grew out later.

I think the current generation accepts it more than the prior generation; I personally like my hair longer, as does my fiancé, and most of our friends have commented my hair looks better when it's grown out a bit. It tends to get curly and wavy too =p  But then you take at the generation above, and almost everyone thinks it looks unprofessional and unkempt. My father for example, nags all the time about getting a haircut once it reaches a certain length.

So, as I am growing my hair I thought I reply again just to show off what my goals are (And some pics of rather epic long-haired people)

My goal is to have long hair. I once grew my hair and it started to curl (the awkward stage) and I kind of got bullied back then for looking like a girl. Me being a metalhead and ashamed, I then cut my hair... So now I am giving it a second try. My goal is to have as long hair as Lee Spielman.

But I am not sure if my hair will wave like that (It used to do that, but I had never grown it that long). So, as my hair is now a lot straighter as I had a ton of different haircuts including laid-back ones, I am also starting to think for more of a John Barrett look.

I have no idea how my now evolved head will look like with long hair. Also notice the difference between Lee's face and John's face. It's incredible. I hope that I can post it here if I reach one of those goals! :3

I keep my hair somewhere in the 1/8" - 1/4" range.
Better aerodynamics. Simple as that.
I am done scripting for RMXP. I will likely not offer support for even my own scripts anymore, but feel free to ask on the forum, there are plenty of other talented scripters that can help you.

Even though long hair is awesome, it's still def not as practical as short hair. And this is coming from someone who does Aikidõ and, boy, does my hair get in the way all the time! :D

I still prefer seeing shorter hair on men. The sight of long hair (in public) causes me to form (probably) false judgments of the individual. I'll let my hair grow about 4cm before deciding I need it cut.

That may be because hobos and basement nerds generally don't go to the barber shop. This assosiation can be avoided by brushing and conditioning the hair and avoiding bushy and unkept facial hair.

Hobos are sexy.
I like a full grown beard.
Hair is another part of personality. It's like choosing clothes, makeup, ...

I would grow my hair long, but one time I saw an extremely blurry picture of me wearing a black jacket on my moms charm bracelet. I had sorta long hair at the times and my bangs/sideburns were past my chin, so I would tuck them to a side. Anywho, I ended up asking her "Who's that girl on your bracelet, mom?" -_-
Spoiler: ShowHide
The girl was me...

Tazero

Now hair length... I have an Afro most of the year so yeah. However I assume this doesn't apply to curly hair that stays mostly to itself; I assume this applies to mostly long wavy/straight types idk. I have no problem with any choices as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Whatever makes you happy :)
