http://64.233.179.104/translate_c?hl=en&langpair=ja%7Cen&u=http://fayforest.sakura.ne.jp/sozai/english.html
and
Naramaru Battlers and sprites:

Naramura I believe is the name, but that's just a minor thing, and no one really cares about the whole Japanese names. :P

For Raruga, a little research seems to lead me that all the resources on the Raruga site uses the Creative Commons Attribution of Japan (Similar to what Blizzard uses for Chaos-Project and his scripts). If you are not familiar of it, here is the link:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.1/jp/deed.en
If you are even more lazy, I'll just quote it directly.
Quote from: Creative Commons 2.1 JapanYou are free:

    * to Share -- to copy, distribute and transmit the work
    * to Remix -- to adapt the work
*

Under the following conditions:

    *

Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

      Attribute this work:
What does "Attribute this work" mean?
The page you came from contained embedded licensing metadata, including how the creator wishes to be attributed for re-use. You can use the HTML here to cite the work. Doing so will also include metadata on your page so that others can find the original work as well.

    * For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work. The best way to do this is with a link to this web page.
    * Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
    * Nothing in this license impairs or restricts the author's moral rights.

The Google translation of Naramura states this somewhere in the Game Page:
Quote from: Butchered language of JapaneseRPG????2000XP?????????????? RPG Maker 2000 XP for distributing the material. ??????????????????? The copyright of the material itself is uneven. ?????????????????????????????????????????? Otherwise, I would like to make things, unless your game do-it-yourself of your freedom to please.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Homemade games in a copyright notice is appreciated, the site's address and the name if I keep spotty please. ?????? Reporting is voluntary.

Seems to me that as long as you credit, you're okay. Crediting includes giving the name of the site or the name. Hope this helps. :)

What's osu!? It's a rhythm game. Thought I should have a signature with a working rank. ;P It's now clickable!
Still Aqua's biggest fan (Or am I?).

This is a link to the terms of use, in Ruruga's site.

Thanks for the info guys! i was told this on another site so i was really worried!
QuoteIn a commercial game?

No.

For a commercial product, you'll need to either do your own work or get explicit permission from the creator, or else wind up another Limbo of the Lost.

And let's face it, legal issues aside, one Limbo of the Lost is too many already.

If you are still unsure, see if you can e-mail them. Now, them being Japanese, they probably have little command over the English language. That's where you use an auto-translator (Keep the English version in tact and tell them you used an auto translator however). The language will be butchered, but the point may be sent across.

Search if you can. Good luck, and hope they won't take legal action if some sort of terms has come across (Especially in a bad way D:).

I tried to email raruga but i have not gotten a reply so maybe it was the wrong email address, maybe because he has the terms on the site already or maybe because he don't read his mails often!
but i guest that since it is on the site then i will be alright.
also if anyone has any of them email addresses please post them!
Thanks again for the info! :^_^':
