[XP] Rotation effect on picture

Introduction
I need a rotation effect on a picture like the cylinder room in Super castlevania 4.

Do you think this effect is possible ? Or maybe a script already do that ?

Exists? Never seen this before in all my years.

I tried some things like taking multiples screenshots inside a 3D cylinder but doesn't work very well (laggy).

Well, it depends on the implementation. This effect was achieved with SNES's Mode 7 display, but most RMXP Mode 7 scripts implement it in a way only for maps to look 3D. I'm not sure if any of them implements Mode 7 "fully".
