He just got a cardiac arrest today...

Some sources are saying he's not dead, but the sources that are...they're adding up. :/

It's best to remember Michael Jackson through his music career and not through the turns for the worst. I found this to be a saddening event. And hopefully, he's not dead...But...life isn't always so optimistic.

What's osu!? It's a rhythm game. Thought I should have a signature with a working rank. ;P It's now clickable!
Still Aqua's biggest fan (Or am I?).

LOL BIGGEST WIN.

It was a mix of sad and happy. At least now the news won't be all over his ass about children shit. Now they're going to focus on suspected drug use.

King Munkey

Billy jean is not my lover...

It's funny because it was just yesterday that I wanted to listen to a Michael Jackson song and was talking to someone about him. Yea I think he is dead. Well who knows whats happened. I don't if he is dead he is dead if he lives he lives.

That's not a good thing in this situation.

The guy has dedicated his whole life to helping others, and you know how the media are like sharks smelling blood to celebrities. *Cough* Britney Spears *cough*

It's hard for me to believe them in this situation, because, we all know that Michael Jackson was rich. He had the mentality of a 7 year old and like an idiot as weird as he was he and people like you didn't think that people weren't shady.

Two scenarios I could think of on the molestation case.

1. Seeing how Americans LOVE suing people to get rich. The parents saw M.J. who loved helping children (He was in the guinness book of world records for charitable acts. See: http://www.allmichaeljackson.com/charities.html) as a cash cow.

2. M.J. was a molester.

Now, looking at the charities of his I'll have to lean towards one. The guy didn't have a childhood and that could SERIOUSLY fuck someone up especially if his dad calls him ugly every chance he gets. Dude had issues.

Also, you know... - http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/4604027.stm
the fact that he was cleared of charges.

He's dead now. Let him rest in peace, have enough decency as a fucking human to let him at least sleep peacefully. He did more for people than everyone in this forum combined.

In America, the news has been all over MJ praising him. You're TOTALLY off there. Seriously, stop spending all your time reading random news sites, editorials, and papers and actually _learn_ something, kid.

As for everything else you said, I feel like dissing MJ all I want, even MORE now that he's dead. 'Cuz he kinda won't be affected any more. At all. 0_o I'm really just sick of hearing Billie Jean and thriller every time I pass NBC/etc while surfing now.

I really do fail to see how that is at all relative. But oh well, you seem to be the Current Events genius now. Please do explain how Fox News "put MJ through shit" by reporting accusations on him -- that's their job. They do that -- you know, tell people about the interesting things that are happening, like crazy auctioneers claiming to have been threatened by MJ and Islam.

... God you're actually killing my braincells. It's like you're the poster boy of not getting it. How old are you? Before I swore of television I watched the news like a hawk and I know for a fact that the media hasn't been favorable towards Michael Jackson.

Death should never be celebrated, regardless of who died. Whatever he might have or might not have done in his life, he did entertain many people with his music. May he rest in peace.

Agreed. I'm not celebrating the death, even though I am happy -- it's just that the side effects outweigh the negative. Perfectly normal and acceptable :V

Sleep peacefully? Heaven sure must suck if we jsut sleep all the time. Also, I don't hate Michael Jackson in anyway. I could care less if he was a child molester.

Screw you, fuckface. I'm not celebrating his death, which you'd understand if you'd learn how to read instead of being a belligerent asshole. I was laughing at the media and how they aren't going to let up even after he dies. WHY DON'T YOU ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE STUFF I TYPE AND STOP BEING THE FUCKING WHITE KNIGHT OF JUSTICE AND HUMANITY. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR ATTACKS ON MY LACK OF MORALS BECAUSE THIS IS THE FUCKING INTERNET.

Okay, I'll read.

Quote"LOL BIGGEST WIN."

That doesn't like laughing at others misfortune at all. I have no idea how I could mistake that comment for disrespect towards the dead at all.

QuoteIt was a mix of sad and happy. At least now the news won't be all over his ass about children shit. Now they're going to focus on suspected drug use.

Once again, in the context of the previous statement made I have no idea how I could mistake this for laughing at someones misfortune. Especially because "LOL BIGGEST WIN" was invoked rather than "Rest in Peace".. or the fact that "LOL BIGGEST WIN" was stated on the record after someone died from a heart attack.

You're right Diokatsu, I am ignorant and I should learn how to read. Please accept my humblest apologies.
I may be disoriented because of the fact that he left kids behind that aren't going to have a father. They're mother really doesn't stay in the picture. That was a win, you're totally right.

Thanks for admitting it. Quite nice of you actually. Of courtse, the win couldn't refer the fact that I find this greatly humorous considering nothing is actually going to change in our world. The media will still be the same even after his death. I find that to be "LOL BIGGEST WIN". Don't you find the way the world works as humorous? I guess not.

Of course, I never called you ignorant. I couldn't truthfully do such a thing. However, if you feel like lecturing on morals go somewhere else. This isn't a fucking religion. Your job isn't to educate me so I find you to be "belligerent", not ignorant.

Also, I completely agree with you. The media is an animal that has ravaged him. But, instead of being morbid and sympathetic towards a person I've never met in my life and have nothing in common with, I chose to laugh at the other side. Sorry for find things funny. My fault man. The internet is serious bzns.

/thread. Too serious and morbid so we can't risk freedom of opinion. There is no room for anyone to have a lack of morals here.

You're right I'm belligerent for having decency enough to know not to laugh when someone dies.
Actually I don't. Fred Phelps would be the one guy I would laugh if someone pickets his funeral. He's a douchebag.. and that'd be just the bees knees to see such irony.

Hypocritical of me? Yeah, but I still find you to be an asshole. The guy was pretty much a genre all of his own. I wont try the whole sarcasm bit on you because you may honestly take me seriously.

Wow, I'm totally surprised that a thread about someone dying is serious and morbid? I mean, who died and made this thread so.. Oh.. wait... nevermind.

Ah well, at least someone isn't trolling the thread by posting "laugh at loud, epic win". That'd be terrible.. oh .. wait..

Is it supposed to be "cool" for you to have a "lack of morals".
Oh you anarchist you. Morals are bullshit, thats basically christian code words of do as I say not as I do.

The guy is dead. How immature do you have to be to go "ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWER LOL. I can express free speech on the internet even though maybe everyone from the internets aren't from America LOL. I don't give a fuck, I'll disrespect the dead if I want. I'm awesome like that."

Yeah, you can disrespect the dead. You'll be an asshole for it, but, yeah.. go ahead.
The question isn't "Can I?" its "Should I?"

King Munkey

Alright it seems one conflict stops and another starts. This is a thread about Michael Jacksons death this isnt in the debate section so there really isnt anything to debate about or fight about. If you need to argue about this shit do it in pms.

Ok so Michael Jackson is dead now. Sorry to break it to anyone who didn't know already. He had some good hits and he had some bad shit that was put against him. I honestly don't think this thread is going to go anywhere but continuing an argument. Maybe a mod should lock this or something.

What I'm saying is that I find you telling me what I should and shouldn't be saying to be ridiculous and uneccessary. I wasn't even talking about his death in any other light than what the media would do about it. I didn't say we were and better off with him gone or "OMFG ICONIC POP STAR DEAD T_T". What I'm trying to say is, again, the media obviously isn't going to stop their attacks due to his death, which I find funny.

Fine Blizz. I'm not respecting him. But then again, I'm not disrespecting him. I never said he was horrible or that everything they said was try. Nothing I said was trying to disrespect anyone. Obviously I can't find things funny when such a depressing event just happened. sure, i'm being unorthodox, but I'm not falling into the rank-and-file depression that everyone else said I should have.

Let's get this straight now: I liked Michael Jackson's music and I though he was betrayed by a frenzied media looking for the next big scoop. Then again, it's not like he's totally sane by modern terms either. He did do plenty of shady things to warrent suspicion. Judging from his background, no one should look on whatever he did or was suspected a of doing without sympathy.

Fine, there's your fucking respect. I can't see where I laughed at his death directly, but I must have somewhere. It wasn't a quyestion of "Should I?" , it was a question of where you'd get what I was saying. Sorry I didn't elaborate the fuck out of my idea because obviously it was ofn a completly different thinking than anyone else's.

Also, I've never thought I was cool. I can't see where you pulled that out of. Unfortunately, I'm not going to fall into that stereotype of an arrogant prick who just does what he wants because I was able to. Of course, I'm not just trying to not be stereotypical, I actually don't think I'm cool(OMG someone who isn't stereotypical?! That's like totally impossible!) I've always been a bit of an asshole here, but I've never been completely misunderstood because most people here know just what I'm like and know not to take me too seriously.
