What is Ichi Engine?
It is a gathering of People whom are working on games together.
You show us your Project, and we try to improve it with things like:
Story, technique, graphics, artwork, music and many more things.
This is the English production team of Ichi, we already have a German Team with 20 people.

If I want to join Ichi is it possible just to help other games with and without having my own game?
Yes of course.
If you have to wait for any graphics, feel free to help others. It is give and take.
It is like a big team which works together to develop some games..

What happens if I don't have my own project?
It doesn't matter. Too many projects are not so good. If you are good enough, you can help with other projects.

Listen, I've had RM for 2 weeks, can I still join?
No, we are searching for more experienced people. We need enough energy for the projects. We don't want to have to answer every question from rookies or let beginners join.

How do I communicate? How can I join?
Its pretty easy. First you need to contact me through a PM or just tell me in this topic that you want to join.
I'm will give you my ICQ, MSN or Skype account so you can add me, or I'll add you.
I will see if you are good enough for Ichi and if you are, I will send you the link on the forum.

Yeah, I'm not sure if this is really the right place for something like this. One the other side, it's not really plain advertising (that requires 30 posts) of a website or something so it doesn't belong in the advertising section either. I'll move it to the RM main section.

Sry, didnt know actually where is the right place for this.

But well it is not an advertisment because like you read we search people for projects and search projects
to make them better. ( We search spriters, musician and many more ppl )

I think a good example is Square Enix. We are like that ( I hope you know what I mean)
We are a big group ( 20 or 30 ppl but not more) which are working together and show the world
some great projects

Well, it was less a problem of the general system but more with some people in the german part of this, especially one person which was really contraproductive (or even destructive) and breaking rules without ever getting any consequences. I objected and people got unfriendly, so I left. But this is a problem with the german part, so I hope the english part will get better people. xD The general idea is good and CircleDrain is alright.

Very interesting ...
I mean personally I don't feel like I have enough time or commitment to RMXP to make an entire game from the ground up. (Well in the Woods) so that's why I'm making the Mortal Kombat game this time around. It will be short and sweet, but hopefully explosive and entertaining.

Here with this idea I could simply put my majority ruling RMXP talent (Spriting) to work and still see games get completed.

I won't lie though ... I'm extremely disappointed in myself for deleting that project, because I want to continue working on it. It was so good for how little I had did. I think if I had uploaded what I had people would've liked my work, but now I'll never know, and it'll never be completed. I just realized the other day how much work I had actually put into it. Frankly, the entire project was complete except for making the maps and the game itself. Short of the battle system also, but still ... Everything that was going to be implemented was there. I just couldn't get around getting the battle system to work (BECAUSE I CAN'T F****** SCRIPT).

I have to say, that the Screens of the english Projects are not final.
You have to know, as example, Waking Dead. He wanted to join told me that he can make some music and has an own project.
He wants to join Ichi. To tell other ppl we have already a Project I need to put a screen. So you see it is not very
professional. In Ichi we are going to change it, but first we need the ppl for it
( Atm Im changing little things for the project, like facesets.)

We have now 2 more Projects, going to update it soon
