Alright my christmas went well. At my grandmas house for about 5-7 days so I'll be able to enjoy the intranets a bit. Anyways its not like the fastest effing computing in the world but if you compare it to my old one it is.

AMD Phenom II X4 830 2.8Ghz (Quad Core)
RAM 6GB (5.75 Usable)
64-Bit Windows 7 Home Premium (not too fond of the 64 bit)
ATI Radeon HD 4200 (Plan on changing this out with a nVidia graphics card)
1TB HDD
A nice 23" LG Moniter (My favorite feature is the HDMI port. I can hook my game systems to this baby :3)

Compared to my old one
(Dont recall processor, it was an AMD 1.5 ghz or something)
RAM 894 MB (800 Usable)
32-Bit Windows 7 Ultimate
(Dont recall graphics card, sucked though)
220 GB HDD
Crappy Old 14" Moniter

Just to comparison, my new computer is like God compared to the old one xD Though I admit for the computer being four-five years of age it ran quite nicely and it was very reliable. In fact it was my first computer and it lasted that long. I look back at all the problems I ran into with it and all of the issues and what not.

And by the way....3D Game Programming here I come!!!

Nice, G_G! Sounds like a pretty great rig. Congrats!

Sounds like a nice desktop.  But why are you (not too fond of the 64 bit)?  Do you really dislike being able to use more than 3 GB of RAM?

I like it for the ram part, but I've always had problems with installing certain drivers on 64 bit systems. But yea if I could go to 32 bit I prolly wouldnt

I think 64 bit is GREAT I don't have it anymore since my computer crashed and burned out my Graphic card and Hard disk... Had to buy a new one, with a limited amount of money, but hey its the world .

EDIT: It was an integrated Hard disk and graphic card, no ability to get external one, except an usb...

I think, in the long run, 64 bit will be the way to go. Don't have much basis, but the power from it is proof enough that it's good. You'll get used to whatever inconveniences you face anyway with such an upgrade. :P

Crikey, Windows 7 on a machine like that? Office models, sure, but something for personal leisure sounds horrible. Glad you upgraded. Now I need to upgrade sometime too. ;w;

What's osu!? It's a rhythm game. Thought I should have a signature with a working rank. ;P It's now clickable!
Still Aqua's biggest fan (Or am I?).
