Blizz-ABS vs. XAS

I feel like XAS wasn't properly defended. I'll download XAS so I can make a proper defense for it. No, really, I don't think CW7 did a very good job at defending the battle system. And it's probably really good still and perhaps on par with BABS.. maybe. Then again, I haven't tried BABS either. Perhaps I should think this through a little more..

XAS is good and has a lot that can be done with it.

Yeah, if you just play the demos for them you will notice that XAS looks a lot better, but if you actually try to make a game with it you will notice a big difference in the two real fast...
Although with Blizz-ABS you can make a really good game with good graphics, features, etc...
With XAS It's basically Graphics and some features(Which more than likely Blizz-ABS has).

That is what I'm aiming to change with Dissipate: Demo Sparkle.  Blizz ABS looks just as good if not better, if you put the time into it.  And thats what Dissipate will do

BTW when are you going to have that contest?

I prefer blizz abs because it is so easy to use =D And half the tutorial isn't in spanish of what ever..
Things blizz abs lacks, imo, is a way to make cool boss fights and bombs o.o

it is very possible to make cool boss fights.
when I release the re-edited version of Anima you'll see.

As NAMKCOR said, you can easily make cool boss fights in Blizz-ABS. I already demonstrated some advanced uses of the various force action and movement commands in the new example game Star G..

I admit that I had to fix some of them so I could make Star G. work properly. xD You probably noticed that I pretty much released v2.23 with Star G.. xD

BlizzABS is better.. it is the only ABS compatible with a range of other scripts (Believe me I tried them all. Yes.. them all)

There are two ways. Either you subscribe and/or read the Blizz-ABS frequently or you only check the first post from time to time.

I dont use either... Kinda hard for a pokemon game XD.... But, from what I hear and saw, XAS is said to be much better.    I have been here long enough to know that Blizzard is awesome, I can ask him for help and get in within 24 hours, he is supporting no matter what game you make... again fan-made pokemon game (how many have suceeded?) but he still gives all the help he can, he is nice, and is always improving. On the other side, from what I hear, (havnt had personal experience) it is very hard to get into contact with Mog, he dosnt seem to give much help. Also, while XAS is cool, it is laggy. Overall, Blizz ABS is a heck load better.

Blizz-ABS actually already supports as good as all features that XAS supports and even much more. xD
