The plot for "Beauty and the Beach", which is what Reno showed was basically a beauty contest between the females, or something of that sort. Apparently James just HAD to join in. >_>;

Fillers are good ways to introduce Pokemon that haven't been talked about yet. However, the Kanto Fillers just got it right. Not the Johto the Hoenn, or even the Diamond/Pearl (At least in my opinion).

4Kids did decide to show "Beauty in the Beach" if I recalled correctly. But they removed so much of those 'dirty parts' to the point the plot really changed. In other words, it was an epic fail.

There were other banned episodes...Erm...the one about the Safari Zone. That was banned for the high use of guns-being-pointed-at-people. This episode was a crucial point in Kanto since that's where Ash caught >9000 Tauros. Now America doesn't know. :/ The other banned episode was (a filler?) one that included Jynx. It was excluded because of Jynx. During that time, there was many concern that Jynx was a racist character, so that's pretty much it.

Consider a team you may have with your Pokemon. I don't know, just anything, your personal favorites that can fit your persona. Doesn't need to be a tough uber death team. :3 Just a little thought to make this more of a fun Pokemon League sort of experience for everyone.

He's still a tough cookie though. What I like about the Regis is though they are tough they aren't overpowered for legendaries....If they count as legendaries.

Alakazam is a beast to fight.

They're so fast and powerful half the time they take out the competition before it can even touch them. Gyarados is also kinda hard to take out unless if you've got good lightning attacks.

Oh noez I'm a pokemon nerd. 
I'm afraid I must admit I'm rather knowledgeable about pokemon. I'm a tough opponent, hence da scientist....


I'm glad people won't be allowed to bust out legendaries. I hate it when people compose their parties of only super tough stuff. All most people do nowadays is play to win.

I play to have fun.

My team when I play has some pretty crazy AND effective strategies, mainly the abuse of Baton Pass and the ability to beef up a pokemon's power so high, that the enemy doesn't even get a chance to use Mist.

I MIGHT use part of that team in with my CPPL team, but I'm likely to stick with RED's stuff.

I never really used Baton Pass, but if you've managed to implement it into your stragtegies, kudos to you!

One strategy I made was Safeguard and Swagger during a double battle.
Speaking of which I prefer double battles over single matches, but either one is fine. I just find double battles to be more strategic.
