First, in my eyes if a script is having problems and it's in another language, then screw Google Translation and trash it. (Or alternatively you can get someone who speaks that language to help you)
Of course, that doesn't really matter much since it's always the content of the code...
It looks like the CBS you are using there is a little bit on the old side. ...Using my limited Spanish (Despite it being Portuguese) it says it's one of the first CBS, but it's still marvelous (Google Translation can help confirm that).
Maybe you should find an RTAB Battle System with Minkoff's Animation Add-on as an alternative ? They're very difficult to find now that most of the threads with those scripts are gone, but they should still be somewhere. And something like that might definitely be compatible with Mogs' Menus (I only say this because those two things are widely popular and a combination of the two are inevitable).
